The Tenancy Saver Loan Scheme for the Private Rented Sector launched today, Wednesday, 7th October 2020. The loan scheme will provide an affordable way to cover rent arrears or future months’ rent for those struggling financially as a result of the public health emergency.

The scheme will provide access to a 1% APR interest, an affordable loan to be repaid for up to 5 years from the loan approval/start date. The loan payment will be paid directly to the landlord, or their agent, upon successful application and processing of a loan to the loan applicant.
